Booking & Payment Procedures

Please read the following service terms and conditions carefully before using the services offered on this website.

Terms & Conditions

  1.  All Tour and Hotel bookings are done against a Fifty Percent booking deposit OR full payment. If making a Fifty Percent deposit, the balance is payable on or before arrival at the starting city of your tour.

  2. All the Air Travel/Rent-a-car and rail bookings are done on advance payment basis.

  3. In the event of a “No Show” by the client, the hotel reserves the right to levy a retention charge for ONE Night’s room rent from the guest. Any balance lying with the hotel would then be refunded to the client accordingly.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Every hotel has a Cancellation Policy according to which a reservation may be changed or Cancelled, with or without a penalty, as applicable, from within 24 hours to 7 Days, as specified therein.

  5. Worldwide Holidays Club would levy a service charge of RS. 500/- per booking, which is added into the bill to cover our communications/booking expenses.

  6. Once a booking is confirmed, a copy of our Voucher is issued & forwarded to you by Email/Fax with instructions on how to reach the hotel.

  7. In case of Air or Rail Bookings, a printout of the PNR or the actual E-ticket is forwarded to you by email.

  8. The client copy of the Hotel Voucher carries the Hotel Address, Telephone Nos., Terms & Conditions of booking & the guest’s details.

  9. The client copy of the Car Rental voucher carries the Name, address & Telephone Nos. of the transporter/local agent, with the relevant pick-up details.

  10. Vouchers or Tickets booked through us are handed over to you at the starting point of your tour by our travel associate/s in the respective cities.

  1. By Cash that may be deposited in our Bank Account with Union Bank of India OR via online transfer (NEFT/RTGS) as follows:

Booking Procedures

  1. Our Customer Relations’ Executive will revert to you with your travel documents such as: Tour Program, Proforma Invoice and booking status at hotels and airlines/trains within ONE working day of receipt of your query/booking request.

  2. The following details are required in order to process your booking request
    a) Full Contact details: Name, Address, Telephone Nos. And email ID
    b) Your arrival details
    c) A proof of payment or deposit made via banking channels to our bank account
    d) Airport pickup requirement
    e) Name, Age & Gender (in the case of rail bookings)
