What Personal Information Do We Collect From Our Users?
When registering on our site for information to be sent to you or if booking holidays, tour packages and/or miscellaneous travel arrangements, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide your name, email address or other details to help facilitate your booking or travel experience.
When Do We Collect Information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site in order to avail of our services. This is strictly limited to information that is volunteered by you, the consumer, in response to survey information and/or site inquiries and requests initiated by you.
How Do We Use Your Information?
The information we collect is used to provide services, if any, that are requested by you; to assist our travel professionals in contacting you (specifically at your request); to assist members of the Customer Relationship Cell for marketing purposes; or to improve the content of our website.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding specific inquiries or requests.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We only provide articles and information. We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
We never ask for credit card numbers. Any payments to be collected from you are either processed through the usual banking channels and remitted directly to our bank account or processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Ad Servers: We DO NOT partner with, nor have special relationships with any and all ‘ad server’ companies.
We use ‘cookies’ for SEO: We, along with third-party vendors such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers, to generate the necessary reports to help with website SEO efforts.

According to the CalOPPA guidelines, we agree to the following:

How Does Our Site Handle “Do Not Track” Signals?
We honor ‘Do Not Track’ signals and do not track or plant cookies when a ‘Do Not Track’ (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. As stated above, we DO NOT partner with ‘ad server’ companies nor allow third party advertising on our site.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years.
